On which devices can the e‑tool and e‑book be used? 

The e‑tool and e‑book are fully web‑based, which means you can use them anytime and anywhere, without the need to download or install anything. As long as you have an internet connection, the platform works seamlessly on every type of device — whether you’re using an Apple or Android phone, a tablet, a laptop or a desktop computer.

This flexibility ensures that you can access your information, complete your logbook and consult the integrated e‑book whenever it suits you, no matter where you are or which device you prefer to work with.

What kind of licences are available?

There are two types of licenses available, plus an agency discount code. Models can choose an individual license, if they want to gain more insight into the modeling industry and use the e‑tool to work safely and in a structured way.

In addition, there are agency licenses that agencies can purchase for their models.

We also offer an agency discount code. Agencies can request this code free of charge, allowing their models to receive a 10% discount on the purchase of the e‑tool. Check with your agency to see if they already have a discount code.
If not, they can easily request one.

Can two models use one e.tool?

No, the e‑tool is fully personalized and always registered under the name of the individual model.

If multiple (child) models are active within the same family, feel free to contact us.

Does the Safe Model Space e-tool store any personal data? 

Safe Model Space functions solely as a logbook generator based on the information the model enters.
The platform generates a PDF report that includes all activities and observations. Once the form is completed, the model can download the PDF. Immediately after download, the document is automatically deleted from the Safe Model Space server.
No personal data is stored at any time.

Can I purchase only the e.book? 

No, the e‑book is not a standalone product. It is fully integrated into the e‑tool, meaning you always have direct access to it.
Whenever you have a question or want to look something up, you can easily consult the e‑book within the e‑tool. This ensures you always have the information you need, without extra files or separate downloads.
